Same issue as the other recent reviews.... I've been trying to log into see my test results and it tries to load for a while then gives me an error. Everything else seems to work OK, but the test results, the thing I need; doesn't. Not good for medical related app. You'd think after reading the other review that it's interfering with patients medication, you'd make a fix and quick, but you haven't! Get it togther!!

Informative, but needs better workflows for push notifications. I have been getting daily (sometimes more) notifications of a new X for months. follow the notification and you are taken to the home page, not X. Spent hours searching for X so the notifications stop, but can't find it. Very frustrating. No place in the app for assistance with the app, no way to address tech difficulties outside this review.

I have always used this app, however for the past few weeks, after a major medical issue, I have been unable to load test results, medications, messages, schedule appointments and etc. I get notifications but cannot access the info and it's incredibly frustrating and I NEED my info and results. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, tried it on and off wifi (my phone network). Please fix, or the app is just trash. I'll adjust if it's fixed. No other way to reach out.
